How to make a bread by your hand. With step by step photo.

Ingredients ( 8 )

  • Ingredients A:-
  • 125g bread flour
  • 2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 150ml water (at 40 degree)
  • Ingredients B:-
  • 125g bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients A and mix well. Add in ingredients B and mix well until blended
  2. Howtokneadbread1 Place prepared dough onto a floured work surface.
  3. Howtokneadbread2 Knead with your both hands as in the picture
  4. Howtokneadbread3 With your hands, form the dough into a ball, then press down and away from you with the heels of your hands. Knead for about 10-15 minutes. It is ready when you can see your finger through the dough as in the picture
  5. Howtokneadbread4 Place the dough into a bowl and cover it with the plastic or wet cloth. Let it rise double (around 20 minutes)
  6. Howtokneadbread5 Do "finger test" on your dough as in the picture. Well-kneaded dough should feel smooth and elastic. Press your fingertip into the dough; it should spring back.
  7. Howtokneadbread6 Press down your dough to remove the air inside
  8. Howtokneadbread7 Divide the dough into 8 portions. For each portion form into a ball
  9. Howtokneadbread8 Close the bottom of each ball as in the picture. Bench time for about 10 minutes
  10. After 10 minutes, roll out the dough on your hands and form into a ball as in the picture 8 and 9. Let it rise 1.5 times for about 20 minutes
  11. Bake at 180 degree for about 8 minutes
