A simple recipe.

Ingredients ( 21x8cm (baking tin size) )

  • 50g unsalted butter
  • * 70g flour
  • * 15g cocoa powder
  • * 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • * 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • * 40g brown sugar
  • * 2 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Cut the butter into 1cm and put it into a refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Place the oven paper on the oven plate
  2. Sift all ingredients marked with *. Take out the butter from the refrigerator and combine it with the sifted ingredients. Then knead the dough until lumpy.
  3. Take 2/3 of the dough and put into a greased baking tin then pressing down firmly. Take the remainings dough and scatter it on the surface of pressed dough.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes
  5. When it baked, immediately cut into a few pieces (each of it length about 1 to 1.5cm). Chill the biscuits before serve.
