Fried chicken coating with egg

Ingredients ( 3-4 )

  • 300g skinless, boneless chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and white pepper

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken into small size and combine it with the salt and white pepper
  2. Add in the flour and mix well
  3. In another bowl, add the eggs and beat it for a while
  4. Dip the chicken (mix with black pepper and salt) into the eggs.
  5. Fry the chicken with olive oil until golden brown
  6. * Best to eat with tomato sauce or chili sauce
