A recipe for tea break

Ingredients ( 10 )

  • 150g strong white bread flour
  • 100g flour
  • 50g butter
  • 100cc fresh milk
  • 50g plain yogurt
  • 20g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 20g chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, butter and sugar. Mix until it becomes like coarse crumbs then add the chocolate chips
  2. Make a hole in the middle of the dough then add in the fresh milk and plain yogurt. Knead until smooth and elastic
  3. Divide the dough into 10 portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  4. Bake at 200 degree for about 10-15 minutes
