Ingredients ( 18 cm )

  • For caramel apple:-
  • 1 apple (peeled, cored and cut into 3-4 cm)
  • 30g sugar
  • For cake:-
  • 50g sugar
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50cc fresh milk
  • 90g butter (melt)

Directions

  1. Prepare the caramel apple :- Heat the sugar until it become caramel. Add the apple and cook until the apple become tender or the water evaporated. Remove from heat
  2. Prepare the cake:-
  3. In a bowl, add the melt butter, sugar and salt and mix until the sugar dissolved
  4. Add the egg one by one and beat until bubble form
  5. Sift the flour and baking powder then add into the above bowl. Mix well until blended
  6. Add the fresh milk and mix until blended
  7. Add the caramel apple and mix until blended
  8. Pour the cake mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake at 170 degree for 40-45 minutes
  9. When it baked, cool for a while then wrap it with plastic and freeze in refrigerator
