Custardpudding

A simple custard pudding

Ingredients ( size 20inch )

  • 1 cup custard flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup canned corn
  • 5 cups canned coconut milk
  • salt

Directions

  1. Blend the canned corn
  2. Add all ingredients then mix well
  3. Cook over medium-heat and don`t forget to stir the mixture while heating
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin.
  5. Chill for a few hours at least, before serving.
