Ingredients ( 15 )
- 100g plain bread
- 40g fresh milk
- 25g egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 40g dry fruit
Directions

Cut the bread into small size (dice shape). Preheat the oven to 180 degree

Add fresh milk, egg and flour into a bowl. Mix until well blended. Add melt butter and mix again.

Add the bread and dry fruit then mix it together. Form small round shape from the mixture.

Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes

Tip : For more crunchy, dry the bread first then make it like breadcrumb. Baking time should be reduced to 12-13 minutes.
