A cookie recipe use banana chips

Ingredients ( 20 )

  • 150g flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
  • salt
  • 70g unsalted butter
  • 50g shortening
  • 90g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • vanilla oil
  • 120g banana chips

Directions

  1. Let the butter, shortening and egg at the room temperature
  2. Crunch the banana chips
  3. Sift the flour, soda bicarbonate and salt
  4. Beat the butter and shortening until soft
  5. Gradually add the sugar and beat until fluffy
  6. Add the egg and vanilla oil and beat again
  7. Add the flour and mix well until blended
  8. Drop the mixture by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Cover each drop with the banana chips and roll it into 2-3 cm diameter
  9. Bake at 170 degree for about 18-20 minutes
