Ingredients ( 10 )

  • * 280g bread flour
  • * 140g water
  • * 20g egg
  • * 18g skim milk
  • * 18g sugar
  • * 3g salt
  • * 55g margarine
  • * 3g dry yeast
  • 50g chopped walnuts
  • 50g raisins
  • -Egg (to rub the surface of the dough)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients marked with * into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine. Add the walnuts and raisins according to your machine manufacturer directions
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 10 portions. Bench time for 10 minutes
  4. Circle each portion of the dough. For each portion, cut the edge into 6 portions (to shape the dough). Let it rise double
  5. Rub the surface of the dough with the egg and bake at 180 degree for about 14 minutes
