a friend from work gave me this recipe and it is awsome. chicken comes out so tender, and there is lots of juicy sauce for over rice.

Ingredients ( 6 )

  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 425
  2. pour one can of mushroom soup on the pan making sure to coat evenly
  3. place chicken on bottom of pan making sure not to over lap pieces for a more even cook.
  4. cover chicken with a can of mushroom soup. make sure it is completely covered. you may need to add a second can to achieve this.
  5. sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
  6. place in pre-heated oven for 1 hour turning every 15 minutes for a more tender chicken.
  7. serve over a bed of rice and enjoy.
