Ingredients ( 1 loaf pound cake )
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs (beat little bit)
- 40g flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Beat butter until creamy.Gradually add sugar and beat again until it becomes white.
- Gradually add eggs and beat well until combined.
- Shift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a container that can be used in the microwave.
- Cook with the microwave for about 4-5 minutes at 500W.

When it cooked, there are some area where it is too soft. It is normal for this cake. This cake delicious to be eat with ice cream. Emmm yummy yummy.
