Caramel custard pudding
simple custard pudding-oven style

Ingredients ( 5 cups )
- ** For caramel **
- 30g sugar
- 30cc + 1 tablespoon water
- ** For custard **
- 400cc fresh milk
- 60g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions

Prepare the caramel : Add 30cc water and the sugar into a pot and boil until sugar turns a caramel brown. Then add 1 tablespoon water. Immediately pour the hot caramel into the pudding cups

Add the eggs into a bowl and stir it

Add 60g sugar, the fresh milk and vanilla essence into a pot and cook until the color changed to skin color

Add the above mixture(fresh milk+sugar+vanilla essence) into the bowl(where the eggs are inside it) and stir. To soften the mixture pour it into another bowl

Pour the mixture into the pudding cups.

Set in a warm water bath and bake at 160 degree for about 30-35 minutes
