A very easy cheesecake!

Ingredients ( 8-10 )

  • 15-20 GRAHAM biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 2 x 250g PHILADELPHIA Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Smashed the biscuits until crumbles with rolling pin or using the food processer.
  2. Then, in a medium bowl, mix the melted butter with the crumbs until all the crumbs take on a wet appearance.
  3. Pour the graham cracker mixture into a 10' springform pan. Use a flat bottomed cup to press the crumbs down into an even layer.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes at 180C. Let it cool...
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix just until it's creamy.
  6. POUR into crust.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
