Cornbread

Corn bun by bread maker.

Ingredients ( 12 )

  • 180g water
  • 300g bread flour
  • 24g sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 40g margarine
  • 3g dry yeast
  • 40g canned corn

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except canned corn into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine
  2. Add the canned corn according to your machine manufacturer directions
  3. When the bread machine has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  4. Divide the dough into 12 portions. Bench time for 10 minutes
  5. For each portion, punch down air and form a circle.
  6. Let rise until double
  7. Bake at 180 degree about 10-12 minutes
  8. *If you want the surface to be more brown, leave it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes after baked
