Auntie Ann's Scalloped Corn

Ingredients ( 6-8 )
- 1 c. crushed saltine crackers
- 1 c. milk
- 1 16 oz. can of creamed corn
- aprox. 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese grated.
- aprox. 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- butter to grease the pan.
Directions

Combine crackers, milk and corn.

spread an even layer of the corn mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.

add a layer of both cheeses, and continue to layer until the mixture making the final layer cheese.

cover dish with foil. bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. remove foil, and continue baking for another 1/2 hour.
