Codigas Brown Sugar Thins

Ingredients ( ? )
- 1 lb. Brown Sugar
- 1 lb. Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups Flour
Directions

Cream sugar, butter, and vanilla until fluffy, then gradually work in flour

Mix at slow speed or use a spoon or your hands.

Shape into an even smooth ball, cover and chill (for up to 1 week)

Let dough warm to room temp before rolling. Roll very thin onto well floured surface, and cut into desired shapes.

Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for about 15 min. Until golden brown. Cool and store in air tight containers.
