Cinnamon roll with the walnuts

Put the flour into a bowl and make the hole on the middle of it as shown in the picture. Gradually put the mixture from step 1 into the hole and mix well until hard then put the dough on a knead plate.
Open up the dough as shown in the picture and put the yeast on it. Slowly knead the dough and make sure the yeast is not spread.
Knead until the dough do not stick at your hand
Divide butter into 3 parts. Gradually combine the butter with
the dough and knead again.
Knead time is about 15-20 minutes. You can stop the knead process
when you can see your finger through the thin layer of the dough
as shown in the picture.
Rub a bowl with cooking oil or butter. Place the dough into
the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise double.
Tip : If you press the dough with your finger then there is the
finger print on it as shown in the picture, that means your dough
is rise already.
Combine all the ingredients for cinnamon sugar and keep aside.
Roll the dough into 20x40 cm. Rub with soft butter (Do not
rub at the both edges (around 1cm).
Put the cinnamon sugar.
Roll the dough and press at the edge to close properly
the roll as shown in the picture. Divide into 9 parts.
Put each part into a suitable container.
Let it rise double. Bake at 190 celcius for about 10 minutes.
Then down the temperature to 180 celcius and bake again for about 5-8 minutes.
