Can be eaten with bread. Also suit for breakfast.

Ingredients ( 4 )

  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 onion

Directions

  1. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, lemon juice and black pepper into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Clean the cabbage and carrot and sliced into small size.
  3. Peel off the onion and clean it. Minched the onion and mix with the sliced cabbage and carrot.
  4. Combine the mixture from step 3 into the mixture of step 1 and mix well until blended. Keep in a refrigerator for a while before serve.
