Mix fruit cheese tart

Ingredients ( 16 (mini size) )
- Almond Crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 100 butter (slice into small size)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup almond powder
- Filling
- 250g philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Vanilla essence
- 60g mix dry fruit
Directions

Preheat the oven to 220 degree

Rub butter to the muffin cup

Prepare the crust. Combine sugar and all purpose flour and mix with food processor. Add in butter and mix again. Add in almond powder and mix until it become like breadcrumb.

Keep aside 1/4 cup of the prepared crust from step 3 (to sprinkle the top of the tart). Add the remains prepared crust into the muffin cup and flatten it with your finger.

Sprinkle the kept crust to the top of the tart.

Prepare the filling. Add all ingredients for the filling except the mix dry fruit into a food processor and beat until smooth. Add in the dry fruit and stir it. With the spoon, pour the filling into the tart from step 4.

Again, sprinkle the kept crust to the the top of the tart.

Bake at 220 degree for about 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 170 degree and bake for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool for about 20 minutes. Ready for serve.
