Coffeeroll

Coffee bread with chocolate chips

Ingredients ( 6 )

  • *125ml fresh milk
  • *200g bread flour
  • *8g sugar
  • *3g salt
  • *8g butter
  • *3g dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 30g chocolate chips
  • egg
  • chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Add ingredients marked with * into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the machine
  2. When the bread machine has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out. Punch the dough to remove the air. Divide the dough into 6 portions and circle each portion. Bench time for 10-15 minutes
  3. Coffeeroll1 Roll the dough. Place the coffee and chocolate chips on the dough then roll it as in the picture.
  4. Coffeeroll2 Fold the dough as in the picture
  5. Coffeeroll3 Cut it as in the picture (leave 1cm at the end, do not cut it directly into two)
  6. Coffeeroll4 Hold both end of the dough. On the right hand, spin inside, while on the left hand spin outside the dough. (Refer the picture)
  7. Finally, hold both ends and tie it as tie a rope.
  8. Let it rise double. Rub with the egg and sprinkle walnuts to the top of each dough. Bake at 180 degree for about 10-15 minutes
