Ingredients ( 30 pcs )

  • 240g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 egg
  • 80g sugar
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter (at room temperature)

Directions

  1. Dissolve 2 tablespoons instant coffee in hot water and put aside
  2. Coffeecookie1 In a bowl beat the butter until creamy
  3. Coffeecookie2 In separate bowl add sugar and brown sugar and mix well
  4. Coffeecookie3 Gradually add the mixture of sugar and brown sugar into the creamy butter and beat until fluffy
  5. Coffeecookie4 Gradually add the egg and beat again
  6. Coffeecookie5 Add dissolved instant coffee and mix well
  7. Coffeecookie6 In another separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder then add in the remaining 1 tablespoon instant coffee. Mix well until blended
  8. Coffeecookie7 Gradually add the mixture of flour,baking powder and instant coffee into the mixture of butter and etc. then mix well until blended
  9. Coffeecookie9 Drop the dough on the oven plate. Before that don`t forget to put oven paper on the oven plate. Sprinkle a little instant coffee on each dough
  10. Coffeecookie10 Bake at 180 degree for about 15-20 minutes
  11. Coffeecookie11 Wrap with nice wrapper and give to your friends as souvenier
