you can cut the recipe in half. my father loves this recipe, i dont remember where i got it but it was about 20 years ago and its a hit

Ingredients ( 6-9 )

  • 2 pkgs philly cream cheese softened
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • fresh mushrooms slices/ blanched
  • 1 pd bag of egg noodles cook al dente
  • 2 cans tuna in water drained
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • bread crumbs

Directions

  1. mix together w/ hand mixer phillly cheese, soup, mustard salt and pepper to taste until smooth and creamy
  2. add tuna and blanched mushrooms mix together w/ drained egg noodles do not rinse noodles
  3. bake at 350 for 25 minutes in covered baking dish.
  4. sprinkle bread crumbs cook uncovered for 5 minutes. and serve .
