you can cut the recipe in half. my father loves this recipe, i dont remember where i got it but it was about 20 years ago and its a hit

Ingredients ( 6-9 )
- 2 pkgs philly cream cheese softened
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- fresh mushrooms slices/ blanched
- 1 pd bag of egg noodles cook al dente
- 2 cans tuna in water drained
- 1 tsp mustard
- bread crumbs
Directions

mix together w/ hand mixer
phillly cheese, soup, mustard salt and pepper to taste until smooth and creamy

add tuna and blanched mushrooms
mix together w/ drained egg noodles do not rinse noodles

bake at 350 for 25 minutes in covered baking dish.

sprinkle bread crumbs cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
and serve .
