Ingredients ( 4 )

  • 1 white egg
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 10g cappuccino (non-sweet)
  • 120ml fresh cream
  • 40g sugar
  • 8g gelatine

Directions

  1. Combine gelatine with 1 tablespoon water, mix well and keep aside
  2. In another bowl mix cappuccino with 3/4 cup hot water, add in gelatine and mix well until gelatine is dissolved.
  3. Place the bowl contains cappuccino and gelatine into a container with water and iced cube. Leave it until it begins to thicken.
  4. In another bowl, beat fresh cream and sugar until thickened.Then add half of it into the bowl with cappuccino and etc. and stir slowly. Add the remaining half and again stir slowly.
  5. In another bowl, prepare the meringue, by beating egg whites. Add half of meringue into the bowl from step 4 and stir slowly. Then add the remaining half and again stir slowly
  6. Pour into a suitable container and freeze for at least 40 minutes.
