Ingredients ( 100 )

  • 170g flour
  • 20g custard flour
  • 20g corn starch
  • 20g almond powder
  • 130g butter
  • 60g icing sugar
  • egg

Directions

  1. Beat butter and icing sugar until creamy
  2. Combine flour, custard flour, corn starch and almond powder and mix well and sift it.
  3. Add the sifted ingredients into the beaten butter and sugar and knead it.
  4. Roll the dough into around 1/2 cm thick. Mold dough into desired shapes.
  5. Rub the surface of the cookie with the egg
  6. Bake in the oven at 180 degree for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
