Redbeansmousse

Ingredients ( 15 cups )

  • 430g red beans (canned)
  • 2 cups or 400ml plain yogurt
  • 1 cup or 200ml fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 10g gelatine

Directions

  1. Mix gelatine with 1 tablespoon water. Then add 1/2 cup of water and heat in a microwave for about 50 seconds.
  2. Keep aside 2 teaspoons red beans.
  3. Add the balance red beans into a bowl and add in yogurt and gelatine. Mix well until thick. Place the bowl in a container that contains ice cube. Mix for about 5 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat fresh cream and sugar until around 70% thick.
  5. Add the mixture of fresh cream and sugar into the bowl that contains the mixture of red beans, yogurt and gelatine. Mix well until blended.
  6. Pour into pudding cups and cool in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Garnish with red beans that had been keep aside in step 2 before serve.
