Mangogelato

Dessert from italy. Mango can be changed with mango puree

Ingredients ( 6 )

  • 400g mango
  • 300g plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Cut mango into small size and freeze for a few hours.
  2. Mangogelato1 Add yogurt into a plastic bag and flatten it as shown in the picture. Freeze for a few hours.
  3. Mangogelato3 Add the frozen mango and yogurt into a food processor and process until smooth.
  4. Ready to serve. If you like it more harden, freeze it for about 20-25 minutes before serve.
