A quick and easy little meal which is chalk-full of all the great necessities of fueling or recovering from a summer run. This meal is quick to prepare, quick to eat, and hits all those flavor triggers!

Ingredients ( 1 )

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Small Can of Albacore Tuna
  • A Sprinkling of Freshly graded Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • Salt/Ground Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of O Olive Oil's "Blood Orange" EVOO
  • A Slice of Fresh Lemon

Directions

  1. Slice the avocado in half, peel.
  2. Place drained albacore tuna in either cavity left by the avocado seed.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
  4. Drizzle the O Olive Oil "Blood Orange" over both tuna and avocado.
  5. Sprinkle cheese(s) over top. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
  6. Enjoy your meal.
  7. Run.
