Cheesebun

bread with cheese fillings

Ingredients ( 8 )

  • 140ml water
  • 200g bread flour
  • 20g corn flour
  • 14g sugar
  • 4g salt
  • 20g butter
  • 4g dry yeast
  • 80g cheese (mozarella cheese, cheddar cheese or any type of cheese that you like)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except the cheese into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Bench time for 10-15 minutes
  4. For each portion of the dough, roll it on your hand then place the cheese on it and shape it into a rugby ball.
  5. Soak each bread into corn flour and incise the middle of the bread surface with a knife
  6. Let it rise double
  7. Bake at 180 degree for about 12-15 minutes
