Milk caramel jelly

Ingredients ( 6 cups )
- 2 1/2 cups or 500ml fresh milk
- 115g sugar
- 10g gelatine
- 6-7 pcs walnuts
Directions

Combine gelatine with 4 tablespoons water and mix well then keep aside.

Add sugar and 1 tablespoon water into a pan and cook with large heat until golden brown. Smaller the heat and cook until thicken. Remove from heat.

Add 1 1/2 tablespoons water into the pan and add walnut one by one then stir the mixture. Let walnuts soak in the caramel for about 1-2 minutes.

Take out the walnuts and place on a plate.

Add the balance fresh milk and sugar into the pan and cook until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add the gelatine. Don`t forget to stir the mixture after adding the gelatine.

Pour the mixture into the pudding cups and cool down. When it cool, frozen in a refrigerator.

Garnish with walnuts before serve.
