Chocolate souffle
best for chocolate lover!!

Ingredients ( 6 )
- 80g sweet chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- butter
- ice cream
Directions

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. When the chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and add fresh cream. Mix well until blended.

Set oven temperature to 200 degree. Rub pudding cup with butter.

Separate egg yolk and white egg.

Add egg yolk into the mixture of fresh cream and chocolate. Mix well until blended.

Sift flour into the mixture from step 4 and mix.

In another bowl, using the white egg and sugar prepare the meringue.

Slowly, add the meringue into the mixture from step 5. (don`t forget to stir the mixture during the adding process)

Finally, pour the mixture into the pudding cups.

Bake for about 13-14 minutes.

When it cool, serve with your favourite ice cream. Sure you will love it.
