A chocolate chip cookie recipe for christmas

Ingredients ( 100 pcs )

  • 450g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 250g butter
  • 115g sugar
  • 110g brown sugar
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 250g cashew nuts (baked and sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy
  2. Add in egg and beat again
  3. Gradually add flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix well
  4. Add cashew nuts and continue mixing
  5. Roll into small balls and press each of it with folk
  6. Bake at 160 degree for 15 minutes
