Eggbread

Bread maker recipe. For breakfast.

Ingredients ( 14 loaves )

  • Ingredients A(to be input into breadmaker) :-
  • 250g strong white bread flour
  • 50g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 120cc fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 50g butter
  • Ingredients B(to be input inside dough):-
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, whitepepper
  • 1/2 big onion
  • Ingredients C(for glaze):-
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Basil (optional)

Directions

  1. Add ingredients A into breadmaker, set to dough cycle, and start the breadmaker
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out
  3. Divide the dough into 2 portions and circle each portion. Bench time for 20 minutes
  4. Prepare the ingredients B that need to be input inside the dough. Chop hard-boiled eggs and big onion. Mix it with salt, mayonnaise and white pepper. Leave the mixture aside
  5. After 20 minutes, take a portion of the dough and roll it into square. Then put the above mixture(ingredients B) to the dough and roll it. Then sliced to 7 portions
  6. Repeat step 5 for the other portion of the dough
  7. Put into the oven and set the temperature to 40 degree. Let it rise for 40-50 minutes
  8. Brush the surface with ingredients C and bake at 180 degree about 10-15 minutes
