Ingredients ( 4 )

  • 1 white egg
  • 120ml fresh milk
  • 120ml fresh cream
  • 10g sugar
  • For caramel :-
  • -50g sugar
  • -1 tablespoon water
  • 5g gelatine

Directions

  1. Prepare caramel :- Boil 50g sugar with 1 tablespoon water until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  2. Bring boil fresh milk and remove from heat. Then add caramel into it.
  3. In another bowl, combine gelatine with 1 tablespoon water and mix well.
  4. Add the gelatine from step 3 into the mixture of fresh milk and caramel and mix well until gelatine is dissolved.
  5. Place the bowl contains milk,caramel and gelatine into a container with water and iced cube. Mix well until it begins to thicken.
  6. In another bowl, beat fresh cream until thickened.Then add half of it into the bowl with milk and etc. and stir slowly. Add the remaining half and again stir slowly.
  7. In another bowl, prepare the meringue, by beating egg whites.
  8. Add half of meringue into the bowl from step 5 and stir slowly. Then add the remaining half and again stir slowly (avoid removing the bubble)
  9. Pour into a suitable container and freeze for at least 40 minutes.
