Perfect Hummus

I have tried over and over to come up with the perfect recipe for hummus and I think I've finally done it. It's so good with sliced fresh baguette and oil cured olives.

Ingredients ( Makes about 2 cups? )
- 1 15 oz can garbonzo beans (or chick peas), drained with water reserved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp raw tahini
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 large clove of garlic, or 2 small
- cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

In a food processor, blend garbonzo beans, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt until mostly smooth, adding reserved water from garbonzo beans to thin hummus to desired texture.

Serve a dallop with a dip in the middle, filled with high quality olive oil and sprinkle cracked black pepper on top.
