Foccacia

mini foccacia recipe, with step by step photo

Ingredients ( 6 loaves mini foccacia )

  • * 160g fresh milk
  • * 35g olive oil
  • * 125g flour
  • * 125g bread flour
  • * 5g sugar
  • * 3g salt
  • * 2.5g dry yeast
  • 20g olive oil
  • little salt
  • few pcs black olives
  • fresh rosemarry

Directions

  1. Add ingredients marked with * into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the machine
  2. When the bread machine has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out
  3. Divide the dough into 6 portions and circle each portion. Bench time for 10 minutes
  4. Foccacia1 Roll them out into 12cm circles then let rise till doubles
  5. Foccacia2 Dip finger into olive oil then using fingertips, make'dimple' indentations in the dough. Brush surface with olive oil
  6. Foccacia3 Sprinkle with salt and put black olives and rosemarry on the dough
  7. Foccacia4 Bake at 180 degree about 12 minutes.
  8. Foccacia5 Let cool for a few minutes and ready to serve. Eat directly or make sandwich as in the photo
