A very simple recipe use coconut flake

Ingredients ( 20 pcs )
- 120g flake coconut
- 1 egg white
- 90g sugar
Directions
- Cook egg white and sugar with small heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add coconut flake and mix well until blended, then remove from heat.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the plate of oven toaster.
- Place 2pcs of aluminium foil on the bottom of oven toaster and put the plate on it.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Try to change the location of the coconut macaroon to make it baked thoroughly
