Coconutmacaroon

A very simple recipe use coconut flake

Ingredients ( 20 pcs )

  • 120g flake coconut
  • 1 egg white
  • 90g sugar

Directions

  1. Cook egg white and sugar with small heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add coconut flake and mix well until blended, then remove from heat.
  3. Coconutmacaroon1 Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the plate of oven toaster.
  4. Place 2pcs of aluminium foil on the bottom of oven toaster and put the plate on it.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Try to change the location of the coconut macaroon to make it baked thoroughly
