Dry Curry is the thing season the minced vegitables and ground meat with curry and put to a rice it.

Ingredients ( 4 )

  • groundbeaf ...150g
  • .groundpork ...150g
  • .a clove of garlic
  • .a clove of ginger
  • .onion ...1 piece
  • .carrot ...1piece
  • .butter ...45g
  • .curry powder ...four tablespoonfuls
  • 〔A〕
  • .consomm soup ...2 cups
  • .three tablespoonfuls of tomato ketchup
  • .salt ...teaspoon of 1/2
  • .pepper ...a little
  • 〔Butter Rice〕
  • .rice ...two cups
  • .water ...three cups
  • .butter ...one tablespoon

Directions

  1. Mince a garlic,ginger,onion,and carrot.
  2. Have a garlic,ginger and onion to a heated pan. You should fry them.After change thire color to a caramel color,have a carrot,groundbeaf and groundpork to them. After relieved groundbeaf and groundpork ,have a curry powder to them and fry them. So Add [A] and simmer them till take away the liquids.
  3. Add water and butter to a rice,then boil the butter rice.
