Ingredients ( 8 )

  • *200g bread flour
  • *30g butter
  • *1 1/3 teaspoons dry yeast
  • *20g sugar
  • *60ml milk
  • *1 egg
  • *1 egg yolk
  • *1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Egg for topping

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients marked with * into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine.
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Bench time for 10 minutes
  4. Slice the mozzarella cheese into the size that you like
  5. For each portion of the dough, roll it on your hand then place the cheese on it and shape it into a ball.
  6. Let it rise double for about 20-30 minutes at 30 degree
  7. Incise two places of the bread surface with a knife and rub the egg on it
  8. Bake at 180 degree for about 10 minutes
