Chocolate cake without butter

Ingredients ( size 20cm )

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Ingredient A :-
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh milk chocolate flavour
  • 1 1/2 cups water added with 2 tablespoon nescafe
  • Ingredient B :-
  • 2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups flour

Directions

  1. Beat egg until fluffy
  2. Add sugar and beat again
  3. Add cooking oil
  4. Sift ingredient B then fold into the eggs alternately with ingredient A. Mix until well combined.
  5. Bake at 170 degree for about 1 hour.
