Ingredients ( 2-3 )

  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic (sliced)
  • Salt, sugar and white pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • 2 fresh thai chile (sliced into small size)
  • 2 spring onions (scallions) -- chopped

Directions

  1. Fry onion, garlic and thai chile until fragrant (if you use tuna flavoured with chile, no need to put thai chile)
  2. Add in the tuna and mix until little bit dry
  3. Add in the eggs into a bowl and beat for a while. Then pour it into the mixture of tuna and mix well
  4. Finally, add in chopped scallions/spring onions and mix then remove it from the heat
  5. Best to eat with white rice
