Ingredients ( 18 )

  • 80g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 80g unsalted butter
  • 80g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • Salt and vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt
  2. Melt the butter with microwave for 1 minute
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the hand mixer for 5 seconds. Add the sugar and beat again until fluffy
  4. Add the flour and mix well until blended
  5. Add the fresh milk and the melted butter and mix again
  6. Pour the mixture into the madeleine pans (Make sure the pans are well greased or the madeleines will stick and be hard to remove.)
  7. Bake with the microwave at 600W for about 1 to 1 minute 20 seconds
