A simple recipe to make custard cream

Ingredients ( around 300ml )

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 200cc (1 cup) fresh milk
  • 1 egg (L size)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Add the flour, cornstarch and sugar into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons fresh milk into the bowl and stir properly.
  2. Add the eggs and continue stirring. Add the remainings fresh milk and stir the mixture properly
  3. Wrap the bowl and place it into a microwave. Use high temperature settings and cook until thick. Every 1 minute take out the bowl from the microwave and stir the mixture. Repeat this step until the mixture becomes thick
  4. When the mixture becomes thick, take out the bowl from the microwave. Add the butter into the bowl and stir the mixture properly.
