Ingredients ( 3 loaves )

  • 190ml water
  • 230g bread flour
  • 60g flour
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3g dry yeast

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine.
  2. When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air
  3. Divide the dough into 3 portions. Bench time for 20 minutes
  4. Shape into your favourite shape. Let it rise in the oven at 35-40 degree for about 50-60 minutes
  5. Take out the bread from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 200 degree. In the meantime, with a very sharp knife, make a few diagonal cuts about 1/4 inch deep across top of each loaf. Brush the cuts with olive oil. Spray the surface of the bread with water
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes
