Raisin muffin with chocolate

Beat butter until creamy
While beaten gradually add in brown sugar and sugar. Beat until fluffy
Add 1/3 of the egg and beat then repeat the same process for another 2/3.
Add 1/3 of the sift baking powder and flour into the mixture of step 3 and mix.
Add 1/2 of the fresh milk into the mixture of step 5 and mix (make sure the air flow through the mixture)
Add raisin and chocolate and mix well until blended. Pour the mixture into muffin cup (full the cup)
Prepare the crumble : Add all ingredients for crumble into a bowl. Mix with your hand until it become like breadcrumb.
Spread crumble on the top of the muffin. Bake at 180 celcius for about 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 170 celcius and bake again for about 5-10 minutes or until cooked.
