This is my favorite dish by far, i have been preparing these taco's for 5 years now and they are a perfect 10!

Ingredients ( 4-6 )
- Chicken Breast tenderloins 1 1/2lb, Spanish rice, Italian dressing, mexican mix cheese, Taco shells 10-12, Chalula hot sauce and Sour cream

Directions
- Place Chicken and 1 1/2 cups Italian dressing into large skillet. stir fry chicken untill Italian dressing glazes and chicken browns. must be placed on High heat
- Prepare spanish rice in seperate pot or pan while cooking chicken
- pre heat oven to 250. place taco shells in oven on sheet pan 3-4min
- Cut cooked chicken into small bits as small as possible
- Layer taco's with chicken, rice, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce
