Ingredients ( 3 )

  • potatoes scrubbed
  • olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 knobs of butter
  • 400 grams mixed wild mushrooms
  • 3 lemons

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 240. Put greaseproof paper on the bottom of a baking tray, rubbed with olive oil. Slice the potatoes lengthways. Dry them off with kitchen paper and very lightly coat them in olive oli. mis in half of your garlic, season with salt and pepper, the lay them out in the tray. Cook them for about 15 min until just cooked. Takem out and put htem aside
  2. put the rest of the garlic in a pan with two knobs of butter and a lug of olive oil. Fry your mixed mushrooms and season until tasty. If water comes out of them just continue cooking unitl it evaporates. Take the pan off the heat, squeeze in the juice from 1 lemon and stir in another knog of butter. Now scatter the musrooms over the potatoes and kind of rub them in on top, underneath allover.
  3. Now bake in the overn or 12-15 min.
  4. Remove the tray from the oven, put some kitchen foil over the top and let it sit for about 5 min, during which time allt he great juices will run out in to the potatoes.
