Cinnamon bread

Ingredients ( 10 )
- * 250g bread flour
- * 150g fresh milk
- * 25g egg
- * 4g salt
- * 25g butter
- * 2.5g dry yeast
- 80g raisins
- For topping:-
- 15g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 20g butter
Directions

Add all ingredients marked with * into bread machine, set to dough cycle, and start the bread machine. Add the raisins according to your machine manufacturer directions

When the breadmaker has finished the dough cycle, take the dough out and punch down air

Divide the dough into 10 portions. Shape each portion into ball. Bench time for 15 minutes

For each ball, roll it then shape into rugby ball.

Incise the middle of the bread surface with a knife. Let it rise double

For the topping:- Cut the butter into the small size. Then combine it with the cinnamon powder and caster sugar.

Finally, place the topping on the incision of the bread

Bake at 180 degree for about 12 minutes
