Ingredients ( 2-3 )
- * 1 large tomato, diced
- * 1 medium onion, chopped
- * 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- * 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- * 2 small can of tuna fish
- * 1 tablespoons thyme leaves
- * 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- * 1 tablespoons lemon
Directions

Combine tomato, onion, bell pepper, tuna fish, mayonnaise, and thyme leaves in a bowl.

In another small bowl whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and salt together.

Pour dressing over salad and toss well to combine.

Garnish salad with olives and lemon pulp

Serve cold.
