A cookie recipe use banana chips

Ingredients ( 20 )
- 150g flour
- 1/3 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
- salt
- 70g unsalted butter
- 50g shortening
- 90g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla oil
- 120g banana chips
Directions
- Let the butter, shortening and egg at the room temperature
- Crunch the banana chips
- Sift the flour, soda bicarbonate and salt
- Beat the butter and shortening until soft
- Gradually add the sugar and beat until fluffy
- Add the egg and vanilla oil and beat again
- Add the flour and mix well until blended
- Drop the mixture by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Cover each drop with the banana chips and roll it into 2-3 cm diameter
- Bake at 170 degree for about 18-20 minutes
