Ingredients ( everyone ate seconds so i dont know 1- 8 )

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp texas pete hot sauce
  • 1 tsp course ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Mt Olive canned jalpeno juice
  • 1 pkg McCormik mild chili seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 2 cans chili ready tomatos
  • 1 can hunts seasoned diced tomato sauce for chili
  • 8 slices canned jalapenos
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 box thin spaghetti
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small sweet onion (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. mix first 6 ingredients in large pot on high heat chopping with spatula until meat is brown and finely crumbled (do not drain)
  2. add beans and use spatula to mash about 1/2 the beans
  3. reduce heat to low add next 4 ingredients mix well let simmer stirring occasionally so it dosent stick to the bottom
  4. prepare pasta as directed on box strain, add 1 tbsp butter stir it in
  5. remove chili from heat
  6. plate pasta topped with chili, onion, cheese, more texas pete (any hot sauce will do), salt and pepper to taste, serve with saltine or oyster crackers
